Worth knowing

Lab availability, pricing, and draw sites vary by state. Some tests are not available in New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island. Specific panels and prices are confirmed before any payment is taken.

Please keep this general — no detailed medical history or diagnoses. Anything sensitive is gathered through the secure client portal.

Common questions

Lab orders, answered.

Do I need a doctor's referral?

No. The lab orders are arranged directly, so you can skip the extra appointment and get the testing you're after.

How much does it cost?

Cash-pay pricing is typically more affordable than going through insurance, particularly with a high deductible. Cost depends on which panel you need, so pricing is quoted individually before anything is ordered — no hidden fees and no surprise bill later.

Why cash-pay instead of insurance?

It's often less expensive, and it means no claim denials, no prior authorization, and no bill arriving weeks after the fact. You also keep the results private to you.

Where do I get the labs drawn?

Through national lab networks, so you can pick a convenient draw site near you. Some specialty panels are collected at home and mailed in.

How fast will I get my results?

Most standard panels return within one to three business days. Specialty and functional testing takes longer depending on the panel.

What happens if my results are abnormal?

You get a call to walk through what the numbers mean and what your options are. You won't be left staring at a PDF trying to work out whether something matters.

Do you accept HSA or FSA?

Yes. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and a detailed receipt is available on request.

Do I have to become a client?

No. Lab ordering stands on its own. If you'd like the results interpreted in the context of your full history, that's what a consultation is for — but it isn't required.

Ready when you are

Not sure which panel you need?

Say so on the form, or book the free 15-minute call and we'll work out what's actually worth testing for your situation.

Being straight with you

Lab ordering is not a diagnosis. Results are reviewed and explained in an educational, functional context — they don't replace evaluation by a licensed physician, and anything urgent should go to your doctor or emergency care.
