Do I need to have labs before booking?
Not at all — you do not need existing labs to get started. If you have recent blood work, stool analysis, or imaging from the last 24 months, bring them and we will interpret them through a functional lens. If you have no labs, we can help you get the right tests ordered so we have the data needed to build your personalized protocol.
How do I send my existing labs?
Once you book, you will receive a link to a secure HIPAA-compliant patient portal where you can safely upload your PDF documents before our session. Everything is kept private and protected.
Do you take insurance?
We are a private-pay boutique clinic. This allows us to spend the full session focused on your case without the restrictions of insurance-mandated visit times. We accept HSA payments.

Common Inquiries
How do I submit my existing lab results?
Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an invite to our secure, HIPAA-compliant patient portal. You can easily upload PDFs or clear photos of your blood work, stool analysis, or imaging directly to your chart for my review prior to our session.
What if my labs are older than 24 months?
While recent data is most helpful, historical labs provide a valuable "biological timeline." I recommend uploading whatever data you have; during our 60-minute audit, I will determine if the information is sufficient or if specific updated markers are needed from your primary care provider.
Do you prescribe medication or order new tests?
As a Naturopathic Doctor focusing on functional health interpretation, my role is to review your symptoms, health history, and any availble lab data to better understand your current health status. I do not prescribe pharmaceutical medications. Following your consultation, you will recieve a personalized wellness roadmap tailored to your needs. Recommended supplements will be available for purchase to support your wellness plan and can be shipped directly to your home.
Is the 60-minute consultation conducted virtually?
Yes. All consultations are held via a secure, encrypted video conferencing platform. This allows me to serve patients nationwide while you remain in the comfort and privacy of your own home.
Can I use my HSA or FSA for the consultation?
In many cases, yes. Since I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor, many HSA and FSA providers accept these consultations as a qualified medical expense. I can provide a superbill or detailed receipt upon request for your records.
